TITULIA CITY (TNC) | Press Secretary Julian (R-Con) has told TNC that he will resign his post to concentrate on his Presidential Campaign on Wednesday. This could signal a possible election initiation. However, RNC Leader Julian has said he will not initiate the next election and is calling for someone else to do so.
