TITULIA CITY (RNC Daily-TC) | The Liberal-Moderate GOP Branch has lost 12 members and many of them have left to form a new party, the Liberal Republicans. Its current leader is Former GOP RNC Council Member Lea Carmody. RNC Leader Julian is slated to address the party after returning from holiday in Boston.
