TITULIA CITY (TC) | AG William Tvarivich (LN) has demanded that RNC Leader Julian (R-GOP) and several branch presidents expel members that have been inactive for a month (or less). However, the General Court’s rule states that any founded party must expel a member inactive for more than 90 days. RNC Leader Julian has stated he plans on countersuing the Attorney General if he continues with a lawsuit to expel the inactive members. According to Julian the inactive members are:
- NJsone93 (R-Con) Last login: Feb 10,2010
- Phillyfan98 (R-Con) Last login: Feb 3,2010
- Mr. Lee (R-Con) Last login: Feb 28,2010
Julian plans to countersue the AG’s office if he continues due to its legality.
