TITULIA CITY (RNC Daily) | Former VP TJ Norton (R-GOP) has returned to his original party after leaving it over a year ago. [Rt. Hon] TJ Norton served as RNC President from February-March 2009 and RNC Chairman (Vice President) in June 2009 before defecting to the Social Democrats in July 2009.
