ALERT:RNC President supports removal of Pres Hock nomination

by Julian (R)

I hereby request that President Hock' nomination be looked into due to the legality question. Is President Hock's nomination legal? Not according to our republic's Constitution. I ask that Admin take a look at this nomination and determine if this nomination is legal.  The Libertarian Party is not a founded party anymore and should withdraw its nomination contrary to Art. III / Sec 3 of the Constitution of the Republic of Titulia. I think the court and Attorney General also need to look at this major issue.  I ask that President Hock and VP Pijanowski please respond to this accusation. I took a look at the party list and see a major decline in party membership. Mr. Pijanowski, what has exactly happened? Your party was at the top less than a week ago, I recall.

Art. III, Section 3 of the Constitution states
"Presidents of founded parties may initiate the election of a new president of the republic. Presidents of founded parties may nominate one citizen for the presidency of the republic."

Julian

RNC President
